State Tax Form 3ABC - Mar 2017

The State Tax Form 3ABC is used by eligible individuals to apply for an exemption from the Community Preservation Act. The exemption is for real property that is owned and occupied by the applicant as their principal residence. To apply, fill out the form and submit it to the local Board of Assessors.

Low-income persons, low or moderate income senior citizens, or low and moderate income housing owners who want to apply for an exemption from the Community Preservation Act.

The completed form should be submitted to the local Board of Assessors.
